Yes! Our subscription service works with all UK mobile networks and all phones we provide come network unlocked, so you can simply pop your SIM card in and you’re good to go.

Approximately 60 days before the end of your subscription coming to an end, we’ll email you with your tailored renewal options.

If you choose to upgrade to a newer model, or choose to cancel your current agreement, you’ll need to return your phone back to us.

Before returning your phone at the end of your agreement, please make sure to do the following:

  • Remove your iCloud / Google / Samsung** Account from all devices
  • Remove your SIM card from all devices
  • Unenroll the device from Apple Business Manager and MDM Services (e.g. MS Intune, VM Ware WS ONE, MobileIron, MaaS 360, SOTI etc.)
  • Remove all 3rd party security locks
  • Any external memory cards are removed from all devices
  • All data has been removed, backed up, and transferred to a different device.

Failure to remove devices from Apple Business Manager and MDM platforms will result in non return penalties as devices will remain locked to your organisation.

Subscriptions are one of the best ways for businesses to transition to and support the circular economy. At its core is the concept of reducing the use of raw materials, reducing e-waste and ensuring technology has a second life wherever possible, once your organisation has finished using the device.

musicMagpie circular allows businesses to efficiently access the devices they need, rather than owning it outright. At the end of the subscription period, if the devices are returned, our partner musicMagpie will refurbish and reuse the devices helping to reduce the demand for the manufacture of new devices and the resultant drain on precious natural resources.

As part of our service, we also partner with specialist organisations to plant trees to help offset the carbon emissions for all new devices that we rental to our business customers.

You’ll benefit from our free lifetime warranty included throughout the entirety of your rental agreement.

The following instances will be covered under our warranty:

  • Technical defects
  • Faults caused by improper workmanship or materials.

Your warranty will be voided if we find evidence that the device has been opened up or tampered with in any way, and does not include cover for accidental damage, loss or theft. We strongly recommend that you insure the device for loss, theft and where appropriate damage, as your organisation will be responsible for returning devices in good working order, subject to fair wear and tear.

For any warranty claims, we’ll offer you a like-for-like replacement at no extra charge that will be sent out to you on a next working day tracked service (subject to a cut off time of 1pm).

If we’re unable to replace your device, your subscription agreement will be cancelled.

No. The device will remain our property throughout the entirety of the subscription agreement.

Towards the end of your 24-month agreement, we will contact you to offer you the following options:

  1. Keep your current device on a rolling 30-day contract.
  2. Upgrade to a different model on a new 24-month subscription agreement.
  3. Return your current device and end your subscription agreement.

You will be placed on a rolling 30-day contract until you let us know what you’d like to do.

All data is wiped securely and the items are restored back to their original state factory settings. All recycling is done in accordance with GDPR regulations and the WEEE directive. We will issue your organisation with certificates for all secure data wiping completed.
